4. Detection and correction of input errors
Before submitting your order, you will be shown all the details of your order, such as the type and quantity of the goods, prices, shipping costs, your address information and other information essential to your order. If individual details are wrong, you can change them there by clicking on “Edit / Change” and correct the information, or remove individual items or change quantities there before you submit your order. If necessary, you can cancel the order process altogether. After submitting your order, the correction of input errors is only possible by e-mail or telephone.

At the end of the order process, an order summary with all the essential information about your order appears. Only when you press the button “buy”, you make a binding contract. We can then accept these according to our terms and conditions.

The contract (the terms and conditions and the details of the order) are stored by us and will be sent to you after the order by e-mail. A later access to this information does not exist. You can print and save the order confirmation before submitting your contract declaration. The terms and conditions are always on the page retrievable, storable and printable.

11. Shipping costs
In advance, PayPal and Sofortüberweisung applies: by order 4.95 EUR packaging and shipping fee within Germany. The shipping costs to any other EU country are 12.00 Euro. For EU orders with a value of less than 45.00 euros, the shipping costs are 16.00 euros. Shipping only within the EU. For the cash on delivery option an additional lump sum of 7.50 € is charged.
Information about the spirits shipping - from 18!
In order to avoid the delivery of Laumer’s Cheesecake to minors, we ship our spirits to private individuals exclusively as a special shipment for articles without youth clearance (age test).
With this shipping method, the legal age of consent of the recipient (in case of doubt) is controlled by the presentation of a valid identity card or passport by the parcel delivery service.
If the recipient is a foreigner living in Germany from an EU country, he can use the valid identity card or passport issued in his country of origin. If the recipient comes from a country that is not part of the EU, he needs a valid passport.
Delivery to a PO box and packing station address is not possible.
What happens if the delivery is not successful?

Recipient not found: Normally, the deliverer leaves a notification form with a service number in the mailbox of the recipient. As usual, the recipient can then pick up the delivery at the nearest post office. Of course, by filling in the notification card, the recipient can also request a new delivery attempt.

Undeliverable delivery: If a delivery comes back as “undeliverable”, we try to reach the recipient by phone and email to arrange a new delivery. Should a contact fail, we will cancel the order. In this case you would have to order your goods again in the online shop if you are still interested in the articles.

Verification failed: When shipping Laumer’s cheesecake, the age of majority is checked by the deliverer to ensure that no minors buy alcohol from us. If the age of majority can not be confirmed by presenting a valid identity card or passport, the goods will be returned to us and the invoice amount will be refunded to you.
